Press the "Save" button. The data are exported automatically

Export stored examination data

select the patient (left window)
"Reports" button
Note: There is also an export function using the "Tests" button in the patient menu. This function sends a different data format that does NOT comply with Peridata.

select the examinations (highlighted)
"Save" button (Select folder menu appears)

change folder, if wanted
"Select" button (data export starts --- duration about 5 sec per exam)

transfer summary appears
"OK" button

Troubleshooting

Data do not arrive in PeriData

1. Is there an open database in PeriData ?
2. Check the import directory ("C:\PeriDataExchange", if you did not choose a different directory). If you do not find a file with the extension .DCM, then the HFA3 program did send to the wrong directory or did not send
3. If .DCM files are "waiting", then open the Menu Extra > Options > Tab Perimeter and check the settings

There is a message: "DICOM DATA IMPORT: Wrong data format...

When sending, a wrong way was taken at the HFA 3 ("Test" button is wrong). This is the right way: Choose patient, then press "Reports" button

Important: Data Safety

The data are always stored on the hard disk drive of the perimeter. An additional storage on an USB stick is recommended.
